Obituary of Helen L. Knox

Helen Lincoln Knox was born on January 9, 1923 as Helen Lincoln Foster in Fairland, OK to Eli Christopher Foster and Kathleen (Lincoln) Foster.  Helen passed from this life Monday, October 30, 2017, at her home, at the age of 94 years and 9 months.
Helen lived this life to the fullest with her family and church.  She was the “go to person” in the family during times of trial and trouble.  She enjoyed cooking holiday meals and traveling.  Helen and Howard traveled in seven cruise trips and excursions in the Atlantic, Pacific oceans and to Japan.  For more than 20 years she hosted a Bible Fellowship group in her home and always said in everything she did, “I do this with God’s help”.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Howard E. Knox; her parents and a sister, Mary Levins of Hillsboro, TX.  She is survived by her two sons, John and Jim.  Helen had five grandchildren, Eric, Julie, Stephen, Callie and Jackson.  She had six great grandchildren.
