Obituary of Leon Culver

Leon Culver was born March 2, 1954 in Muskogee, OK to J.D. Murray and Betty Culver.  At the age of 63 Leon went to meet our Lord on Sunday, November 19, 2017.

Leon was the owner of Tulsa Wheel and Brake for over 40 years.  His life and service to the Tulsa Community has touched many lives.  Leon lived life to the fullest; he loved fishing, camping, his dog Stone and being surrounded by his grandkids and family.

Survived by his parents, Leon is further survived by his wife of 44 years, Rhonda Culver; his son, Michael Culver and his wife Tanya; his granddaughters, Rileigh and Brooke; his daughter, Alison and Rick; his grandsons, Noah and River; his sister, Joanne Joiner; his sister-in-laws, Joy Arnold and Robbie Sterling; and a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 1 at the Ninde Brookside Chapel, 3841 S. Peoria.  His ashes will be scattered next to his lifelong fishing buddy in their “secret” fishing hole at a separate ceremony.
