Jesse Green, 86, departed this life on Sunday, August 27, 2006 at the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Green was born October 13, 1919 in COnroe, Texas the son of Nilos and Eloise (Jones) Green. He was united in marriage to Elizabeth Polk. He worked for many years as a mechanic in the Steel Industry. He was a member of the Fellowship Church Ministries International in Tulsa. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved and devoted wife, Elizabeth; his step-son, Donald Ray Polk of Houston, Texas; his step-grandchildren: Donald Ray Polk, Jr. and Venita Marie Polk. He also leaves his sisters: Viola Green and Clara Green; His brothers: Roosevelt Green, Jimmy Green, Clyde B. Green, James Green, Frank (Sunny) Green and Demigh Green. Services will be Friday, September 1, 2006 at the Fellowship Church Ministries International, 570 N. Denver with Bishop John Vincent, Jr. presiding. Interment will follow in the Crown Hill cemetery.
