Janice (Susie) Gayle Wallis was born on January 25, 1947 in Tulsa, OK to parents, Jack W. & Geneva (Beeman) Jones.  She left this life on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the age of 76.  On that date she left her home in Terlton, OK to move on to her Heavenly home.

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, George Lee Wallis; infant son, Lee; her parents; and all 5 of her siblings.  She is survived by her daughter, Ginger and husband Jeremy; 5 grandchildren, Maygin and husband Andy, Cody and wife Lauren, Timothy, Adrienne and husband Quinton and Karrissa and husband Heith; 12 great grandchildren, Allee, Ryleigh, Caleb, AJ, Camden, Mayson, Londyn, Everly, Nora, Oakleigh, William and Nolan.

She worked at Zales Jewelers in Sapulpa for many years.  She especially loved to help customers with memorable purchases.  In 1985 she started a lifelong residential cleaning service.  In that time. many of her "clients" became treasured friends and non-related family.  She sadly retired at age 71 due to health reasons.

A service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Woodlake Family Church in Turley, OK with Pastor JJ Jennings officiating.  Private interment will be held at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, OK.
