Kenneth Sterling Creel (known to many as “Karael” or “KC”), 77 of Tulsa, OK went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 12, 2025. He passed at home in Tulsa during his prayer time.

In accordance with his wishes, an intimate family graveside service is to be held at Little Cemetery near Seminole, OK on July 16, 2025. Ninde Funeral Home in Tulsa, OK will be handling the funeral arrangements.

Kenneth was born in Olney, IL to Alcy and Sterling Creel on February 1, 1948. He graduated in 1966 from Seminole High School in Seminole, OK. Kenneth spent his career as a Draftsman and Senior Designer in the Oil and Gas Industry. He was passionate about meeting new people, spreading the gospel, and peacefully sharing the word of God through charity. He was a “grandpa” to many, aiding the homeless, and offering a peace sign to the people he encountered. The love Kenneth had for his family was evident throughout his life and he leaves behind a legacy of love for the generations ahead.

Kenneth is survived by his son Jason Sterling Creel and wife Kayla Creel of Tulsa, OK; sister Sharon Fooshee and husband Tom Fooshee of Wichita, KS; grandchildren Kaitlyn Hines, Annelise Creel, Abigail Mullins, and Jason Creel, jr. all of Tulsa, OK; nephew Steve Jenkins and wife Nancy Jenkins of Shreveport, LA; nephew Anthony Reyna of Wichita, KS; and many beloved extended family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Martin and Bessie Creel; grandparents Lewis and Leona Zumwalt; parents Sterling and Alcy Creel; sister Carole Jenkins; and nephew Charles Jenkins.
