Hays, James L. age 52 died Thursday, November 10 in the St. Francis Hospital. Memorial services will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Greg Boyd officiating. James was born on February 15, 1953 in El Dorado, Kansas to Sam W. and Rosetta (Willey) Hays. He and Cindy Lu Rice were united in marriage on November 18, 1978 in Tulsa. He is survived by his wife Cindy of the home, three sisters, Susan Gilmer of Tulsa, Melissa Hays of Oklahoma City, Julie Kay Hays of Tulsa and a nephew Shaun Gilmer.
