Stiver, Charles Ray, 81, of Tulsa, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2006. Charles was born in Grove, OK on September 10, 1924. He earned a B.S. degree in Advertising and Business Journalism and his M.S. in Industrial Journalism from Oklahoma State University. Charles edited "Future Magazine" for the U.S. Jaycees and the "Dowell XTRA" for the Dowell Company. Charles was a member of the Joynor Class of First United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Lois, whom he married in 1954; a son, Greg, of Tulsa; 2 daughters, Sheryl, of Tulsa and Debbie Torbett and her husband, Tim, of Owasso; 4 grandchildren: Matthew, Trevan, Stephanie and Melissa Torbett.
