Juanita "Nita" Freeman Buckingham, 88, died on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. She was born October 11, 1920 in Durant, Oklahoma the daughter of Hubert Young and Alma Ailene (Hammons) Freeman. She married Robert G. Buckingham on December 11, 1976 in Tulsa. They were members of Asbury United Methodist Church. Survivors: Husband, Bob Buckingham; her daughter: Candy Vilott and her husband Bill of Tulsa; her son: Russell Overton and his partner William Wisehart of Lansing, MI; her step-sons: Robert G. Buckngham, II and his wife Barbara of Wichita, KS and Kim Buckingham of Indiana; her sisters: Lucille Weeks of Edmond, OK and Nora Franklin of Tulsa, OK; her brother Bill Freeman of Muskogee, OK; her grandchildren: Valerie Vilott of Arlington, VA, Mark Buckingham and Jason Buckingham both of Wichita, KS and Dylen Buckingham of Oklahoma City; her great Grandchildren: Cole, Luke, Brett, Isaac, Finley and Micah Buckingham. Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 6th in Asbury United Methodist Church. The family requests memorials be made to Hope Hospice, 1402 N.
