Joseph &quot;Joe&quot; Virgil Adams, III, 31, died unexpectedly on Monday, July 6, 2009. Joe was born April 23, 1978 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma the son of Joseph Virgil and Carol Ann (Coonce) Adams, Jr.. Joe graduated from Jenks High School in 1997. He worked for McGill's Restaurant in Tulsa as a waiter. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: Ferral Coonce and Joseph Adams, Sr.. He is survived by his parents, Joe and Carol Adams of Bristow; Sisters: Leia Mitchell and her husband Erick of Collinsville, OK and Annye Newman and her husband Mark of Edmond, OK; Grandmothers: Mrs. Cleona Adams and Mrs. Verline Coonce both of Jenks; Nephews and niece: Zachary and Trevor Mitchell, Haley and Brett Newman. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Wednesday in the funeral home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 9th in the Ninde Brookside Chapel, 3841 S. Peoria. Interment will follow in Floral Haven Cemetery.
