Obituary of Connie Weatherly

Camellia “Connie” Weatherly was born March 26, 1922 in Torch, Missouri to Paul James Connelly and Myrtie Belle (Pennington) Connelly and passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 8, 2020 at the age of 98. Connie attended Braden Park Baptist Church for over 60 years where she served as a children’s Sunday School teacher and later co-taught a senior adult ladies class for a number of years. She was also involved in many other activities of the church. A homemaker for many years, Connie also had a long career as an Executive Secretary of Transok Pipeline. She enjoyed genealogy and won many blue ribbons for it at the Tulsa State Fair. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Harold Weatherly and her daughter, Kathleen Pippin of Tahlequah. She is survived by a sister, Helen Jones of Fort Collins, Colorado; one daughter, Sandi Eslick of Pensacola, Florida; two grandsons, Chris and Travis Eslick and two great grandsons, Dylan and Andrew Eslick of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Interment 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens with a Celebration of Life to be planned once the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted. Ninde Brookside, 918-742-5556
