Obituary of Dorthey Dyer

Dorthey Eileen (Danner) Dyer was born December 9, 1923 to Arthur H. and Myrtle M. (Bowie) Dyer in Sand Springs, Oklahoma and passed from this life May 17, 2009 at the age of 85. She married her life-long, loving husband Edward on May 22, 1943. From this happy union came her two children; Ronald E. Dyer of Stilwell, Oklahoma and Devora Kay Evans who preceded her in death on April 2, 2009. In addition to her son, Dorthey is survived by her grandson; Randy Evans, her adorable great granddaughter; Lily Evans; and her sister, Betty Boyer, all of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She also leaves behind many nephews and nieces. A graveside service will be held 10:30 AM Thursday, Woodland Cemetery, Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
