Mary Clark Hull, age 89, passed from this life on Thursday, June 11, 2009. She was born on June 17, 1919 in Clinton, KY to Armiel and Jesse (Clark) Carman. She graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors Degree and obtained her Masters Degree from the University of Kentucky as well as her doctorate from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale Campus. Mary Clark was a teacher/educator at several high schools and an associate professor at John A. Logan University. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oren Lester Hull and a son, David C. Hull. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Don and Linda Layman Hull, of Tulsa, OK; her sister-in-law, Betty Mae Stewart and her husband Birl of Mt Vernon, MO; a daughter-in-law, Amy G. Hull, of Monticello, KY and 2 grandsons, Don P. Hull, Jr. and his wife, Melissa Ann, of Tulsa, OK and Justin K. Hull, of Monticello, KY. Service 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 19, 2009 at First Christian Church of Murray, KY with burial in Murray Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the A.
