Charles Theodore Sturner, Jr., 78, died on Saturday, August 1, 2009. Born October 16, 1921 in Muskogee, OK the son of Charles T. and Ila Mae (Moore) Sturner. He received his Bachelors Degree from OSU and served his country during WWII in the US Army. He retired after 40 years with the US Corp of Engineers. Survivors: his wife, Patricia; his daughter: Jeanne Sturner and her husband Harold McNabb; his son Richard Sturner all of Tulsa. Private family services.
