Obituary of Todd Kinnard

Todd William Kinnard died at the age of 47 on January 21, 2010 leaving behind many who loved him dearly. Todd was born June 8, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio to Robert Kay and Helen Carol (Fisher) Kinnard. His family relocated to Tulsa while Todd was in high school. He graduated from Edison High School in 1981.
Todd proudly served in the United States Army and was deployed in the first Gulf War. He became an Aviation Flight Engineer, specializing in the Chinook helicopter. His greatest love has always been people and so his chosen profession in restaurant management was the perfect avenue. He was well respected in his field by owners, co-workers and beloved by his patrons. He was serving in management with McGill's South at the time of his death and had been with McGill's Midtown as well as the Full Moon Cafe.
Todd was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gregory Kay Kinnard. He is survived by his stepfather, Jay Park of Eufaula,; his brother, Robert "R.K." Kinnard of Tulsa; his sister, Kristen Milburn and her husband Todd of Canal Fulton, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews across the country. He has touched many in his lifetime and those who knew him loved him and will miss his humor, compassion and endearing smile.
A celebration of his life will take place 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 27, at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home Chapel.
