Napier, Leo D., age 44, passed away Monday, August 21, 2006. He was involved with the ministry through Victory Christian Center. He was preceded in death by a half brother, Mark Heller. Leo is survived by his parents, Gerald and Vicki Heller, of Tulsa; a daughter, Carrie Elizabeth Napier, of Tulsa; a sister, Diana Bristow, of Shawnee, OK; a special niece and nephew, Dakota Brown & Sherri Heller and a half brother, Michael Napier. Graveside service 2:00 P.M. Thursday Memorial Park Cemetery. Ninde Whisenhunt Chapel 592-3667.
