Curtis Andrew Scott, 42, died on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. He was born May 26, 1964 in Tulsa, Oklahoma the son of James Andrew and Claudia Joy (Phillips) Scott. He worked as an Account Executive for the Yellow Book, USA. He was preceded in death by his father on August 13, 2003. He is survived by his mother:Mrs. Claudia Scott of Sand Springs; his brothers: Jason Eric Scott and Danny Matthew Scott. Memorial services will be Saturday, September 16, 2006 in the Ninde Woodland Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Walker officiating.
