Thomas Glenn Lewis, 75, died on Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. He was born October 21, 1930 in Stigler, Oklahoma the son of Thomas Lester and Corda Myrtle Nance. He worked doing lawn maintenance in Tulsa where he made his home for many years.He is survived by his sisters: Allie Green of Sacramento, CA, Edith Heflin of Jenks, OK and Lennie Lewis Hall of Tulsa; his brothers: Julian Lewis of Tulsa, OK and Vaughn Lewis of Owasso. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 26th, 2006 at the Garland Cemetery in Garland, OK with the Rev. Tom Branch officiating.
