Norman Charles Nelson, 65, died on Tuesday, October 17, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born January 20, 1941 in Wye Mountain, Arkansas the son of Laurentius Junior Charles Nelson and Dorothy Edith (Edwards) Nelson. He made his home in Tulsa for many years where he worked for CE Natco for 18 years and was a machine operator for Baird Manufacturing Company retiring May 9, 2003. He married Margaret Helen Haynes on April 8, 1982. He is survived by his wife, Margaret of the home; his daughters: Tammy Corman and her husband Bobby of Bixby, OK and Mellonie Thompson and her husband Chip of Skiatook, OK; his son: Tim Nelson and his wife Kathy of Sperry, OK; step-sons: Jeffrey Bumgarner, Barry Bumgarner and Anthony Bumgarner; also Seven Granchildren. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 20th, 2006 in the New Hope Fellowship in Tulsa. Interment will be in the Wye Mountain Cemetery in Wye Mountain, Arkansas. The family requests that memorials be made to the Clarehouse, 7324 E. 49th Place #3, Tulsa, OK 74145
