Baker, Philip W., 65, died on Wednesday, November 15, 2006. Born May 7, 1941 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas the son of Britton Norman and Audrey Violet (Weaver) Baker. He received a Bachelors degree from Arkansas Tech. University and a Master's degree from the University of Arkansas. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1961 until 1963. He was a Sr. Computer Analyst for Phillips Petroleum CO. Survivors: Wife, Lee (Kerr) Baker; Daughter: Chelsea Frazer of Tulsa, OK; Son: Britton James Baker of Austin, TX; Brother: Don Baker of Palm Springs, CA; Step-Children: Debbie Roberts of Tulsa, Coleen Hambrick of Bartlesville, OK and Glenn Frazer of Tulsa. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Friday at the Ninde Woodland Chapel, 5757 S. Memorial. Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 18th in the Faith United Methodist Church. The family requests that memorials be made to Faith United Methodist Church, 7431 E. 91st, Tulsa, OK 74133.
