Vincent Joseph Yannuzzi, Jr. was born November 19, 1951 in Cranford, NJ to Vincent J. and Eve M. (Berardinelli) Yannuzzi, both of whom preceded him in death. He passed from this life Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at the age of 55 years.

He was a graduate of Cranford High School and received his Business degree and MBA from Rutgers University. He was a CPA and worked for many years in Tulsa, where he was also member of the Church of St. Mary.

He is survived by his wife, Martha; his loving children, James and Mary; aunts, cousins and a host of loved ones and friends.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at Ninde Woodland Chapel. Friends may contribute to The American Cancer Society.
