Harlas - Marica, fell asleep in the Lord on Wednesday, December 20. She was born on April 21, 1917 to Nikos and Eleni Scopolitou in Limnos, Greece. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 1973 and son Nick in 2001. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and cooking and will always be remembered by her infectious laugh and strong will and determination. "S'agapo Yaya". Survivors include son Jim and daughter-in-law Karen of San Clemente, CA; daughter-in-law Barbara; grandchildren: John and Nicki, John T. and Megan of Portland, TX, John Ivins and wife Jaime of San Clemente, CA and dear friends Deno and Artemis Michalopulos and Kathy Cornett. Funeral Service will be at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on Friday, December 22 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery.
