Obituary of Stephanie Stakis-Hansen

Stephanie Christine Stakis-Hansen was born February 28, 1983 in Tulsa, Oklahoma the daughter of Belinda Kay Mosley and Stacy Charles Stakis. She passed from this life on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at the age of 27. She graduated from Guthrie High School and received training as an Emergency Medical Technician. She married Steven Peter Hansen on October 4, 2008 and he preceded her in death on April 28, 2010. She is survived by her father and step-mother, Stacy and Lynda Stakis of Tulsa; her mother and step-father, Belinda and Jim Bomgaars of Guthrie, OK; step-son, Gabriel Hansen of Blanchard, OK; step-brother, Timothy Mangum of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandparents, Ray and Dolly Mosley of Tulsa, Marion and Wanda Cole of Amarillo, TX, Jerry and Margaret Riley of Bristow, OK. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Vivian Stakis. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Ninde Woodland Chapel, 5757 S. Memorial followed by the Trisagion prayers at 7:00 p.m.. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday in Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (1222 S. Guthrie) with Fr. William M. Christ officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, 825 N.E. 13th Street Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104
