Hazel Marie Smith McKinney was born February 16, 1941 in Hulbert, Oklahoma to Charlie and Marion Mae (Davis) Cooper and passed away July 24, 2010 at the age of 69.
Hazel is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Larry McKinney. She was a loving and caring person who spent her life caring for children while working for Tulsa Head Start until she retired in 2007. Her quiet and mild manner made her a very attractive person inside and out. The children in her care and her co-workers loved her. She was always there for her family with open arms and heart for anything they needed. Her boys meant everything to her. They definitely adored and took good care of her.
Scripture: John 5:28 - Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.
