Obituary of A. Rutledge

Mr. A.J. Rutledge, 89, longtime resident of Tulsa passed away on Saturday November 12, 2011 in the Claremore Regional Medical Center in Claremore, Oklahoma. Mr. Rutledge was born on Sepetember 18, 1922. Before his graduation from high school he enlisted in the United States Army serving during W.W. II. He was employed with the Tulsa Public School System in the maintenance department a position he held for the past 20 years. After his retirement he was allowed to go back to high school and finish in education. He graduated from Edison High School in 2003. He is survived by his three sons, Mark and his wife Roberta Rutledge of Oolagah, Ronald and his wife Barbara Rutledge of Tulsa and William "Bill" Rutledge of Mounds, his sister Ola Mae Fox of Salina, Oklahoma, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline on December 29, 1001.
