Isola Mae (Blackwell) Mistler was born November 17, 1920 in Salem, Missouri to Harvey Elton and Chaney Adeline (Redwine) Blackwell and passed from this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 21, 2010 at the age of 90. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glenn Archie Mistler; her brothers Clyde Blackwell, Clark Blackwell, and Amos Blackwell; her sisters Doloras Dawson, Dorleskia Meier, Maxine McDonald, Hazel Combs and Winona Brown; Isola is survived by her niece, Sue Riggs of Tulsa; and many extended family members. Until recently, Isola spent many hours each day at the sewing machine or crocheting afghans. She was happiest when she was surrounded by family. Isola will lie in state 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home with a graveside service being held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
