Pearl Jane (Rogers) Redman was born October 13, 1919 in Locust Grove, Oklahoma the daughter of Claudie and Toy (Mitchell) Rogers. She was an only child. She completed this life on Monday, July 11, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 91. She retired from the Rooney Co. where she had worked as a secretary for 28 years. She became a member of Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church in 1939 and continued to attend faithfully until the time of her death. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Alvin "Orus" Redman. She is survived by her 2 daughters: Greta Caviness and husband Darrell of Tulsa and Sheila Richardson of Broken Arrow; her granddaughters, Nicole (Caviness) Wells and husband Taylor; April (Richison) McKenzie and husband Curtis; as well as her four great- grandsons - George and Jack Wells, Mason and Ian McKenzie. The Family will receive friends and family from 5:00 until 7:00p.m. Wednesday at Ninde Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 14, at Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church, 4701 W. Edison. Officiating will be her nephew, Rev. Tim Watkins, Pastor. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Sand Springs. Memorials may be made to Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church, PO Box 27247, Tulsa, OK 74149.
