Josephine Davis Stanton was born in Mexico on April 11, 1918. Josephine passed away on Monday, August 15, 2011 in Tulsa, OK. Josephine was a cafeteria worker for Mitchell Elementary School for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Spencer Otis Davis and her second husband, Jack E. Stanton. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Marie Custer, of Tulsa and a step daughter, Elaine Shields, of Mannford; 3 grandchildren, Paul, Sarah and Timothy Custer, all of Tulsa and 3 Great Grandchildren.
