Obituary of Ken Dollar

"The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and He delighteth in His way." Psalms 37:23 Melvin Kenneth Dollar, "Ken" as he was known, was born on February 19, 1932 in Wapanucka, OK to Willie May Gary and Norwood Dollar. He passed from this life in the early evening hours of Monday, April 27, 2015 after a brief illness. Ken served in the United States Army, attained the rank of Corporal and loved sharing his experience serving as an MP in Europe. He also enjoyed NASCAR, square dancing and was extremely involved in the 48/8. However, his greatest joy came from loving and caring for his family. Preceded in death by his wife, Emogene Sixkiller Dollar and son Ronald Joseph Dixon Dollar, he is survived by family and friends who, from this day forward, will forever miss him immeasurably.
