Murray Donald Crow, D.O., was born on June 24, 1952 in Dickson, TN to Murray and Mary (Organ) Crow. Murray died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at the age of 63.

Murray was preceded by his parents and his brother, James Thomas Organ. He is survived by his wife, Cathey; his children, Tara Phemister of Ft. Worth, TX, Trace Crow of Sacramento, CA, and Tobin Crow, D.O. of Broken Arrow, OK; his step children, Cynthia Bergman, Michael Kindrick and Bryan Kindrick all of Tulsa, OK; his sisters, Sandra Waller of Nashville, TN, and Vickie Eells of Little Rock, AR; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Dr. Crow was a dedicated and caring physician and teacher. The center of Murray’s life was his family. He was the kindest, most fun and loving husband, father, and Papa that we, his family, could have ever had.

Our hearts are breaking. Murray will be missed by all his friends and family. The world will never be the same without him.
