Leta moved to Tulsa in 1945 where she was employed by Warehouse Market and retired along with her loving husband after 46 years working in the grocery store business. Her life revolved around her faith in God and her family. When raising her children, Leta was involved in their school activities, such as being President of Owen Elementary School P.T.A., both Boy Scout and Girl Scout Leader, score keeper for baseball and softball teams. Her goal in life was to show love and to help everyone. She tried so hard to never hurt anyone. For she was a best friend to us all. Good-bye for now until we reunite in Heaven.
“She will now be our Angel who will lift our feet when our own wings have trouble remembering how to fly.”
