Janis Kay Turley was born on May 13, 1948 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Fred and Verneal (Allen) Johns. Janis passed from this life on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at the age of 64.

She is survived by her husband, Bill, of the home; a daughter, Rachel Curtis, of Muskogee, OK; a son, Seth Bowers, of Shawnee, OK and 1 granddaughter, Daniellle Curtis, of Muskogee, OK
