I first met Ms. Jackie while singing with the Golden Voices Choir in Desoto Texas at the Senior Center...she was one of the most loving spirited person I'd had the pleasure of meeting. She loved to hear me sing.. She later left us and moved back to her hometown in Oklahoma but later I learned she was in rehab at the nursing home where I visited the residents there regularly...she became the star pupil there with all the paintings she colored and they posted in therapy there. When I visited her she would tell me stories of her life, family and things that made her happy like our visits, members from the choir. She lived her life and she loved everyone. We'll miss you Ms. Jackie. Your memory will forever be in our hearts.

In tribute to an Uncrowned Woman of Valor:
“Miss Kitty, you have received YOUR CROWN!!
You taught me so much about living with distinction no matter what life threw my way. I AM GRATEFUL!
I now know how to walk a rough road and leave it smooth behind me for the next traveler. I AM GRATIFUL!
You encouraged me to hold on to my dreams, even though my hands were tired. I AM GRATEFUL!
You taught me how to stand firm on shaky legs and make it look good. I AM GRATEFUL!
The most important thing I learned from you is to let go and let GOD fight the battles and remember that I belong to him.
FOR THAT, I WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.
I will see u in the brighter day. Sharing the LOVE you shared with me♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

TO THE FAMILY OF JACQUELINE ANDERSON:
Matthew 5:4 - Blessed are they that mourn; for they shall be comforted.
I was saddened to hear of Ms Jackie’s passing. I met her several years ago at water aerobics at the Hutcherson YMCA. I enjoyed the many, many conversations we had. We talked about church, family (especially grandkids), cooking and just about everything else. We also had plenty of laughs. I remember her telling me she was moving to Texas to live with her daughter and we were supposed to exchange numbers but she left before we did. I had wanted to keep in touch cause I had been back and forth to Texas helping with my grandkids. I found out that Ms Jackie had returned to Tulsa. She told me she didn’t really like it in Texas. She talked about returning to water aerobics. I ran into her at a funeral a couple of years ago and she gave me her number. I didn’t keep in touch like I should have but did send her a Mother’s Day text. I got a reply back with the number “1” and I started to call her and got busy and didn’t. She will be missed.
My condolences to the family and my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. May the fond memories you hold dear bring a smile to your face and lighten your heart in the days, weeks, months and years ahead.
Much love,
Brenda Shaw-Morris
