Norma Jean (Brown) Holland was born October 30, 1935 in Henryetta, OK to Parrot Homer & Minnie Mae (Hayes) Brown and passed from this life on October 6, 2021 at the age of 85. Norma Jean was raised in Henryetta, Catoosa, and East Tulsa. A Graduate of East Central High School's Class of 1953, she work as a page girl, as a teller, and bookkeeper, at NBT bank and Mercantile Bank, as well as a bookkeeper at AAA plumbing company. A dedicated and loving wife and mother, she was also a beloved friend to those who knew her through the Church, the Scouts, or anyone of the many organizations she had been a member of. She loved serving others, and was an avid Bunco player and Domino player. It goes without saying, if you were her friend; you were as good as family. Norma Jean was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 60 years, William Lee Holland. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-laws, Michael & Lisa Rene Holland and Gary & Lisa Michelle Holland; her grandchildren and their spouses, Ashley Rene & Darrien Holder, Tabitha, Amanda, Rachel Burgess, and Allen Holland; and 13 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Sandusky Avenue Christian Church on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Ninde Brookside, 918-742-5556, www.ninde.com
