Obituary of Lester Dale Ransom

Lester Dale Ransom was born on April 19, 1934 in Okmulgee, OK to William and Lola (Reddick) Ransom. Lester passed from this life on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the age of 87. Lester served honorably in the Army and retired from American Airlines as an aircraft mechanic. Lester leaves to cherish his memory, a devoted wife of 47 years, Everlena Ransom; son, Gwendale Zachery of Tulsa, Oklahoma. His sister, Ollora Jean Willis of Maryland and brother, Cecil Ransom of Lousiana. Preceded in death are his parents and a daughter, Carlena Ankrah; his sister, Willia Bea; brothers, Andrew Ramson, Ruben Ransom, Otis Ransom, and Jesse Ransom. Lester will be sadly missed by his granddaughter, great-grandchildren; Mika Johnson, Arcadio Lee, Mikael Baez, and Encarnacion Baez. Also, his great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives, loving friends and his World Won Church Family. The family will receive friends 5-7PM Friday, April 1st at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home. Service 11:00 A.M Saturday, April 2nd, World Won for Christ with interment following at Green Acres Cemetery.
