Janet Gilda Russell was born on March 11, 1970 in Tulsa, OK to Glen and Grace (Cacoperdo) Russell.  Janet passed from this life on June 28, 2023 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 53.

Janet is survived by her parents, Glen and Grace Russell of Tulsa, OK.
