Ann Sisemore Vogel was born on August 19, 1957 in Tulsa, OK to Houston Butler "Si" Sisemore and Mary Irene Sisemore. Ann passed from this life on Monday, September 23, 2013 at the age of 56. Ann was a graduate of Bishop Kelley High School and a longtime member of Christ the King Catholic Church. She was employed by Bank of Oklahoma Technology Center as a Business Analyst II. Ann was a 24 year member of the Sports Car Club of America and was very involved with the Solo program on a local, divisional and national level. As a competitor, she won 3 National Solo Championships (2001, 2002 & 2007). Ann loved the outdoors and planting flowers. She also loved her home improvement projects. Ann's special love was for rescuing animals, especially, dogs. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Kelly Sisemore and a brother Patrick Sisemore. She is survived by her husband, Jeff of the home; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Patricia Sisemore of Big Cabin, OK; sister-in-law, Jan Sisemore of Pennsylvania; brother-in-law, Tim Vogel of Tulsa, OK; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Toni Rizley of Tulsa, OK; nieces, Marianne Collins of Pryor, OK, Melanie Sisemore of Pennsylvania, Emily Pico of Washington and Briana Rizley of Tulsa; nephews, Will Sisemore of Adair, OK, Alex Sisemore of Norman, OK and Connolly Rizley of Tulsa, OK, several great nieces and nephews and her rescue dogs she loved very much, Angus and Zoey.
