Obituary of Genevra McKellar

Genevra "Jenny" McKellar, a loving mother and grandmother was born December 27, 1917 and passed from this life peacefully November 25, 2013 at the age of 95. She married Jim McKellar and worked with him and their partner, Ernest C. Miller to found M&M Lumber Co. in 1964. Jenny worked with M&M until she retired. She was a true believer and a fine example of a Christian lady who was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. Jenny was preceded in death in 2001 by her husband, Jim, of 63 years and by their daughter, Judy McKellar. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Ann McKellar and Joe and Marlise McKellar, all of Tulsa; grandchildren, Amy Sasick and her husband, Stefan of Ft. Collins, CO, Justin McKellar and his wife, Kelly of San Diego, CA, Whitney McKellar Stevens and her husband, Sean of Tulsa, OK, Audrey Rhodes and her husband, Scott of Austin, TX, Joseph McKellar and his wife, Andrea of Tulsa, OK; great grandchildren, Manny and Addie Sasick, Anna and Isabelle McKellar, Aidan and Siena Rhodes, Hannah and Christian Howeth.
