Terence ("Terry") Wayne Smith, 65, died Sunday, June 24, 2007. Born July 12, 1941 in Tulsa, OK the youngest of six children of Nelson and Alta Smith. Terry graduated from Tulsa University, and then served in the Army JAG during the Vietnam War. He retired after many years as an attorney with the Department of Defense. He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. Survivors: his wife, Arlene; Sons: Jeffrey Smith and wife Paige of Denver, CO and Scott Adams and wife Heather of Tucson, AZ; daughter: Heather Murphy and husband Tim of Tulsa; Grandchildren: Jeremy Randolph, Madeleine Murphy, Marguerite, Graeme and Henri Smith; His brother Nelson Smith and wife Gloria; and sisters: Norma Gann and Gloria Harp; many nieces and nephews. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis Hospice or Asbury United Methodist Church, Children's Ministry. Service: 2:00 p.m. Asbury United Methodist Church.
