Esther K. Perkins age 88 died Monday August 13 in the St. John Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 16, at 10:30 a.m. in the Cornerstone Free Will Baptist Church with Dr. Curtis Linton, pastor officiating. Burial will be in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Skiatook. Pallbearers will be David Jay, Jay Hudson, Thomas Hudson, David Spears, T.J. Day and Kyle Agnew. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Paul Hudson, Jim Hudson and Phillip Hudson.

Esther Kathleen Perkins Hudson, born January 28, 1919 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Purdy L. Perkins and Sallie C. McCarty Perkins. She and Walton Thomas Hudson were married on May 18, 1935 in Sperry, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents and seven brothers Dalton C. Perkins, Thurston B. Perkins, Nathan R. Perkins, Delbert Perkins, Charles E. Perkins, Arthur Perkins and Vernon B. Perkins.

She is survived by her husband Walton of the home, daughter Geraldine Day and her husband Jaydee of Skiatook, brothers Ralph Hudson and wife Connie of Owasso, Eddie Hudson and wife Debbie of Claremore, five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, five nieces and nephews.
