Hazel H. Paquin age 96, longtime resident of Tulsa died Thursday evening in the Oakdale Nursing Home in Sand Springs.
Graveside serivces will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Rose Hill Cemetery with Pastor Garry Rose of the Delaware Missionay Baptist Church officiating.
Hazel was born on December 2, 1910 in Dawson, Oklahoma to William Thomas and Grace Celesta (Chism) Bradford.
Survivors include a son Jerry Paquin and Carolyn Olson.
