Raines, Helen Sebesta (Strand), 90, died on Thursday, October 25, 2007. Mrs. Raines was born January 28, 1917 in Holyrood, Kansas the daughter of Edward and Emma (Mares) Sebesta She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She and her husband, John N. Raines, moved to Tulsa from Austin, Tx. in August 2005 to make their home at Montereau. Preceded in death by her husband, Ray Strand in 1966. She is survived by her husband of 41 years: John N. Raines; her daughters: Nancy Whitman and her husband Jim of Austin, TX and Eileen Noonan and her husband Tom of Casper, WY; her "other daughters": Sharon Bartlett and her husband Mike of Tulsa, OK and Elaine Ann Helmold and her husband Ken of Anchorage, AK; her brother: Harvey Sebesta and his wife Connie of Colorado; her grandchildren: Angie Noonan, Jeff Bartlett and his wife Sarah, Steve Bartlett, Mike Miller and Laura Miller; her great grandchildren: Elise Bartlett, Anna Bartlett and Ashley Miller.
