Underwood, Marshal E., 79, a resident of Flint Ridge, formerly of Tulsa, passed from this life on Friday, November 16, 2007. He was born in Apperson, OK to Benjamin and Sadie (Sprague) Underwood. Marshal received his BS degree in Accounting from Oklahoma A & M College (now Oklahoma State University). He served as an accountant for several oil companies including Loffland Bros. Drilling in Tulsa and Nabors Industries in Houston, TX before retiring. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tracy Taylor. He is survived by his wife, Sharlene, of the home; sons, David Underwood, of Ft. Worth, TX, Scott Underwood, of Oklahoma City, OK and Randy Underwood, of Fayetteville, AR; a sister, Deloris Dash, of Anchorage, AK; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and nephews and their spouses, Don and Dee Quarles, of Skiatook, OK and Richard and Janette Quarles, of Tulsa. Service 2:00 P.M. Tuesday Ninde Brookside Chapel interment Memorial Park Cemetery. Ninde Brookside Chapel 918-742-5556.
