Mary Ruth Alberty, age 85, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa. She was born on December 15, 1922 in Wewoka, OK to William Fletcher Stewart and Otis (Flintor) Stewart. For most of her life she was a beautician. Mrs. Alberty was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Alberty in 1999. She is survived by 1 daughter, Marshell Walker, of Tulsa; 2 sons, Raymond L. Alberty, Jr., of Vinita, OK and Lamar Stewart, of Canton, OH; 1 brother, John H. Stewart, of Las Vegas, NV; 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Graveside service 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 14, 2008 at Fairview Cemetery Vinita, OK. Ninde Brookside Chapel 918-742-5556.
