Porter, LaJanta E., 86, died on Tuesday, February 12, 2008. Born December 10, 1921 in Broken Arrow. Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth M. Porter. Survivors: Daughters: Dianne Bohling and husband Gordon and Elaine Ramsey all of Claremore; sister: Joan Norberg and husband Robert of Tulsa; Brother Phillip Thompson of Owasso; Grandchildren: Ken Barnes, Mike Barnes, Chris Barnes, Lane Ramsey, Steve Ramsey and LaJanta Martin and 15 great Grandchildren. Family visitation 2-4 Sunday, Ninde Woodland Funeral Home, 5757 S. Memorial. Service 12 Noon Monday, Sageeyah Baptist Church,16522 S. HWY 88 in Claremore. Interment will follow in Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK.
