FOUST -- George Alvin. On the 30th day of September, 2005, George Alvin Foust went to be with the Lord. Surviving are his sister, Zireta Votaw, wife of Charles Votaw of Fort Hays, KS; first born, Rebecca Foust of Tulsa, OK; Steve Foust of Tulsa and his wife, Vickie Foust, and their children, Jesse Foust and Katie Foust of Ripley, OK; and Larry Foust, husband of Darlene Foust of Tulsa. George was a Banker in a variety of positions with what is now Chase Bank of Tulsa, OK, serving faithfully for 36 years. He served in the Air Force Armed Services during the Korean War. His wife, who passed before him was Betty Mae Foust. He was the son of Burley and Sam Foust, who are also with the Lord. George was an active member in the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce and an Elder of Southside Christian Church for many years. He was a Godly Father and a faithful servant to all. He will surely be missed greatly. Service will be held at Southside Christian Church, 3819 S. Lewis, at 2 p.m., Monday, October 3.
