Obituary of Herb Fowler

Herb Fowler, 82, died on Thursday, June 26, 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Herb was born February 23, 1926 in Huntsville, Arkansas the son of Millard T. and Florence Lillie (Roberts) Fowler. He married Ermajean Courtney on February 8, 1942 in Huntsville, Arkansas. They moved to Tulsa where they made their home for many years. Herb retired from American Airlines where he was a mechanic and inspector. He served as a docent for the Oxley Nature Center in Mohwawk Park. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Ermajean; his daughters, Patty Reinstein of Tulsa and Susan Davison of Austin, Texas; his son, Kim Fowler of California; his brother, Raymond Fowler and his wife Anne of California; his grandchildren, Michelle Shaw and her husband Matthew, Lisa Davison, Justin Reinstein and Dr. Shelby Reinstein; his great grandchildren, Kimberly Fowler, Parker Gibson, and Joey Reinstein. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, in the Ninde Woodland Chapel. Interment will be in South Heights Cemetery in Sapulpa.
