Hogan, John Alvin. 81. Mr. John A. Alvin was born in Los Angeles, Californina on April 5, 1924 to his parents Commodore & Lulu Bell (Rilly) Hogan. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy during WW II and upon his release and obtainment of a Bachelor's Degree he began his 40 plus year career as a Refrigeration Engineer last employed by Sporlan Valve Company of St Louis, Missouri. John is survived by his wife, Doris Hogan, of the home; his daughter Donna Mora and her husband Gary of Newark, CA; his son Ted Hogan of Redwood City, CA; his daughter Tracy Page and her husband David of Tulsa, OK; his daughter Robin Zhart and her husband Kurt, of Tulsa, OK; his sister Virginia Walker of Minnesota; and his 8 grandchildren. Add to this his numerous friends and acquaintances and John will be greatly missed while his impact and legacy long live on. Memorial service 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Southern Hills Baptist Church.
