Liebhart, Barbara Helen, 75, of Tulsa, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2008 in Tulsa, OK. Born July 21, 1933 in Waukomis, Oklahoma daughter of the late Gilbert Robert and Helen Josephine (Loudenslager) Anderson. Barbara graduated from Waukomis High School, attended Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma University. After her late husband James Robert Liebhart passed away in 1966, Barbara moved to Tulsa in the early 70's where she worked at Sprint Telecommunication as an executive secretary until her retirement. Barbara was known for her kind heart and compassion for everyone she met. She loved to laugh, tell jokes and stories; especially, about her grandchildren. She enjoyed sewing, reading, and genealogy; but, her greatest joy was spending time with her two daughters and grandchildren. Barbara was preceded in death by her youngest son John Anderson Liebhart, who was survived by his wife Wendi of Orofino, ID. Those that survive and hold many cherished memories are her children, her free spirited daughters, Julie Liebhart of the home and Allison Liebhart of Tulsa, OK; her son: James Roberts Liebhart and wife Cheryl of Keller, TX. her brother: Jack and his wife Nancy Anderson of Waukomis, her Grandchildren: Ashley, Joshua, Hannah, Victoria and Blake, who were the joy of her life, of Tulsa, OK; Samuel, Molly and Thomas of Keller, TX. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 5, 2008 in the Waukomis Christian Church. Lunch will be served for family and friends at the church at 11:30.
