Randall, Doyle Edmond "Randy",82, died on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Randy was born April 28, 1926 in Cowlington, Oklahoma the son of Kyle C. and Dora (Dillard) Randall. He operated the Snack Bar for the State of Oklahoma in Tulsa for many years. He was preceded in death by his wives: Daisy L. Randall and Vivine Lee Randall. He is survived by his cousin: Howard Dillard and numerous other cousins. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 27, 2008 at the Memorial Park Cemetery. Bishop Norm LaCombe will officiate.
