Cook, Carl Clifford, 87, died on Saturday evening, February 4, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Cook was born October 21, 1918 in Douthat, Oklahoma the son of Stephen A. and Stella A. (McReynolds) Cook. He was a retired independent insurance agent. Preceded in death by his wife Victoria. He is survived by his wife, Jere (Palmer) Cook of the home; his sons: Stephen Cook of Roanoke, West Virginia, Clifford Lee Cook of Cleveland, OK and Gary Cook of Hulbert, OK; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services will be Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Ninde Woodland Chapel with interment to follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family asks that memorials be made to the charity of ones choice.
